School Code Assignments

What is my School Code?

This is the number your school is assigned to help with organization and cataloging of all 4x5 work during take-down and return of the work. School Codes will be assigned in the order with which your school registered for the the Exhibition. As listed in the INSTRUCTIONS, the school code should be added to the top of the "Inventory Sheet", within the "Entry Number" for each piece on that inventory, as well as on the back of each work at the top of the "Information Label" as part of the "Entry Number". Please refer to the INSTRUCTIONS page on this site for further instructions. Both the "Inventory Sheet" as well as the "Information Label" can be downloaded from that page or at the bottom of this SCHOOL CODE page.

School Code

School Codes are assigned below based on when schools were registered. The school code is designed to help organize and catalog work hanging as well as return to home schools. Please remember that the School Code number needs to be paired with the individual piece number as it is ordered on the inventory sheet for each school in order to have each piece's individual Entry Number. The "Entry Number" is the SCHOOL CODE number followed by the number of the piece in the set of works submitted by the school 1 through 30. Any TEACHER piece should start with the number 31, even if there are less than 30 pieces in your submission box. Please utilize the Inventory Sheet document below to catalog all works from your school as well as the 4x5 Information Labels document which should be affixed to the back of each individual piece. Please refer to the INSTRUCTIONS page on this site for more detailed instructions about this process.
